Silicone mat - Makeup brush cleaning

A silicone mat for cleaning makeup brushes is a fantastic tool to make brush cleaning easier and more effective without damaging the bristles.

Start by wetting the bristles of your makeup brush with luxe warm water. Ensure the water doesn't touch the handle to avoid loosening the glue that holds the bristles.

Apply a few drops of your favourite brush cleaner or mild soap directly onto the silicone mat. The different textures on the mat help remove makeup residue, oils, and dirt from the bristles.

Swirl by using circular motions on the textured surface of the silicone mat to ensure all the cleanser is removed.

repeat for heavy soiled brushes, repeat the process until bristles are clean.

Dry the bristles by squeezing out any excess water, reshape the bristles, and lay brush flat on a towel to air dry.. Avoid standing brushes upright while drying to prevent water from seeping into the handle.
